AFTER: Found & made time for myself. My skin and body are healthier than ever. Every night the kitchen is clear. We eat healthy & save $$$. Bought a 4bd house with a dream backyard. I KNOW how to manage my mental health. I am excited to wake up early, and SO MUCH MORE

The 3 Step Approach
Step 1
Learn
If you don’t know what to do in life – meet by walls everywhere you turn – how are you going to get far? The key is to learn about habit systems. It is the smarter, faster, and easier way to get results in your life.
How? Curated course, training, community support, asking questions on demand.
Step 2
Plan
Do you keep getting distracted, fall back into habits that don’t serve you, and feel exhausted? You need a solid action plan to provide a sense of direction and keep you tethered to your mission.
How? Asking esp. questions about your life through training, Q&A sessions, curated courses.
Step 3
Support
How can you keep everything balanced without spending a lot of money on tools and/or finding someone to help? You need rewards and reinforcements to help you stay on track regularly.
How? Join the community. Learn from others, get a habits audit and/or assessment.

About Ayyu
My name is Ayyaantu. As an engineering major, my approach to life is very systematic. After 10 years aof trying to figure out the multiple life-changing events that have broken me down to my core, I decided there must be a method to this madness.
In 2018, a friend and I generated $400k within a year for our nonprofit startup. I then went on to start a education program to teach nearly 300 students their native language within 2 years by hiring 5 teachers around the world (Kenya to Canada).
I was forced (happily) to learn how important setting up structures are for a successful company—those years taught me that we need to take our life as seriously as major corporations.
Why don’t we? Maybe because we don’t know where to start balancing it all. Is there even a way to thoroughly structure one’s personal life? Perhaps it isn’t popular enough to try. Or it is too hard. But I have tried & succeeded.
After turning over the company due to lack of time (kids & family), I spent 3 years on IG trying to tell others about habit systems w/ little success.
In Feb 2024, I went back to my Tiktok account of 30 followers and decided to create Muslim focused content. I grew to 13,000 followers in 1 week. And 26k in less than 3 months. I also started a podcast within that time which has ~370 followers.
I have gained a lot of knowledge on business, hiring, mindset, habit building, team management, social media marketing, & so much more.
I am married mother of 2 boys (3 & under) and I use my methodology & framework daily to find peace and deep fulfillment in the dream life I was able to create for myself.
Ayyaantu have a B.Sc Environmental Engineering From Purdue University. And studied Islamic Thought for 2 yrs under a program by The International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT).
